Warranty

Used, antique, and vintage items are never in perfect condition, and therefore these items are sold as-is and cannot be warranted. Every piece that we sell has been thoroughly examined, and tested using industry-accepted best practices, techniques, and technologies. However, if you feel an item has been grossly misrepresented, please use your Orders page before the Return Eliigibility window expires to request a return.

Resizing & Modifications

Whenever possible, we are happy to offer our customers the option of having items customized or resized to suit the needs of the customer However, please note that these modifications render the item unreturnable for all reasons except cases of gross misrepresentation (example: we said it was gold and it’s clearly brass). Modifications will delay shipment, but we’ll provide you with a best guess once we have one.

Orders & Shipping

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. If your order is cancelled you will be refunded the full amount of your order.

Unless noted otherwise, items are shipped within two business days. Alterations requests will delay shipment, and in those cases, a best-guess shipment date can be provided.

Whenever possible, we reuse old boxes and packing material, but we never compromise on the quality of the packing job itself. If you would like to use new packing material, let us know using the Order Notes field on the checkout page.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return one or more items, please use your Orders page to request a return. Returns must be requested before the Return Eligibility window expires. The Return Eligibility window is generally 5 days, but it can vary by product so check the Product Details page for more information.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of return approval. Items must be returned in original condition (no resizing, no cleaning, no polishing, and no damaged or lost stones, etc.). Items not returned in original condition cannot be accepted for refund or credit. Items received, but denied as eligible for return will be shipped back to the customer postage due.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Any refunds will be for the price paid plus applicable taxes. Customer has the option to receive refund as store credit or as a refund credited directly to their original credit card.
